Add two lines to hitmancontracts.ini:
ENABLECONSOLE 1
ENABLECHEATS 1
The cheats are now in a menu format. once in the game press SHIFT and ESC simultaneously, this takes you to the cheats menu, use your arrow keys to navigate the menu up and down, then use left and right to toggle the options. 0 = off 1 = on. for codes such as give all or give some, just press enter.
